Single EBOO session

One visit for people who want to experience EBOO once, after a physician has reviewed their history.

What happens

About 60 minutes of filtration. Plan for about 2 hours at the clinic.

Pricing set by each clinic

  1. 1

You check in and the clinic team takes your blood pressure, pulse and oxygen level.

  2. 2

A nurse places an IV line in each arm.

  3. 3

Blood flows out through one line into a sterile, single-use filtration circuit, where it is filtered and exposed to oxygen and ozone at a dose set by the clinic's physician, then returns through the other line.

  4. 4

Your vital signs are checked regularly until the session ends.

  5. 5

The IV lines are removed and you rest before going home.

Before

  • Eat a normal meal and drink water beforehand, unless the clinic tells you otherwise.
  • Wear a short-sleeved or loose top so both arms are easy to reach.
  • Bring a list of your medications for the clinic's intake review.

After

  • Some people feel tired or light-headed for a few hours.
  • Bruising where the IV lines were placed is common.
  • Call the clinic, or 911 in an emergency, if you feel unwell.

Not for you if

  • G6PD deficiency
  • Pregnancy
  • Other conditions need a physician's clearance
